Noel Housing Authority Mission Statement:

Our aim is to ensure safe, decent and affordable housing for elderly, disabled and low-income families; to create opportunities for low income residents to become economically independent and self-sufficient; and to operate this agency in a business and fiscally responsible way, striving for financial independence and working with the federal government to assure quality housing as a part of a neighborhood.
